Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and delivered within 2-3 days of the payment being credited to the companies' account. 

The last-mile delivery is not in our direct control and we have partnered with the best service provider to ensure timely delivery of your order.

In case of any delays due to unseen circumstances like bad weather, political disruptions, pandemic, etc, the committed delivery timelines will vary. If applicable,  We will proactively reach out to the customer intimating him/her about the reason and update on delivery.

In cases where the shipment is returned back to us by the courier company due to wrong address/recipient's unavailability, the customer would be liable to bear the losses  incurred in to and fro movement of the order.

We will not be responsible for the loss of the package if the address provided is wrong or incomplete. In case of any dispute on shipping, we will provide proof of delivery to the customer.

No order would be dispatched on Sundays, as it is a weekly off for the courier companies.
